Why develop healthy habits? Because you'll grow stronger, build healthy bones and muscles, have more energy, stay well, maintain a healthy weight, get plenty of nutrients AND feel good about yourself!

It all starts with a "magic" formula: 5-2-1-0! Every day, you should eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies, spend no more than 2 hours in front of the TV and computer, at least 1 hour a day of physical activity, and drink 0 sugar–sweetened beverages!
