Pour the fruit juice into paper cups, filling each cup almost to the top. Carefully set the cups in the freezer. After about 20 minutes, take the partially frozen cups out of the freezer. Stand a popsicle stick straight up in the center of each cup. Put the cups back into the freezer and wait until the juice is completely frozen. Remove the "fruitsicle" from the cup and lick away! back to top

Place the English muffins on the microwave-safe plate. Spread tomato sauce over the top of each muffin. Add sliced or shredded cheese on top. With the help of an adult, microwave the pizza until the cheese begins to bubble. Carefully remove your mini-pizzas and allow them to cool. Then grab a napkin and enjoy! You can also add other great-tasting ingredients such as vegetables or pre-cooked chicken. Yum! back to top

Preparation time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 1 to 8 ounces of yogurt fresh fruit such as strawberries or a banana (or go crazy and use two or more fruits!) low-fat granola
Have an adult cut up the fruit. Sprinkle some granola in the bottom of each cup. Spoon half of the yogurt on top of the granola. Then top with some sliced fruit. Repeat the three layers. Dig in to all that deliciousness!
