Remember that you don't always have to be the best at
something. What's important is to DO your best.

Help out around the house by doing chores. Or help a sister,
brother or neighbor. Helping someone else can help YOU feel
better, too.

Do something that you really like to do, or try learning
about something new that you're interested in.

Remember that no one is perfect! It's okay to make mistakes.

When you're angry about something, talk it over with your
parents or guardian, or with a school counselor. Just TALKING
about why you're mad can help.

Try to look on the bright side of things! Think positively
about yourself and all your good qualities.
