So-o-o, try doing these activities at the same time:

  • Sit on the floor with your legs out in front and try to touch your toes for 12 seconds.

  • Stand with your feet together and try to touch your toes.

  • Watch a fitness channel on TV or pop in an exercise video and follow along with the instructor.

  • When watching your favorite show, do sit-ups or jumping jacks during the commercials so you don't miss anything.

  • Find a music channel on TV and dance!
