Girls on the Run is a special program for girls 8-13 that not only
makes exercise FUN, but also helps girls improve their physical,
emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
The program includes special workouts as well as training for a 3.1-mile (5K) running event. Each girl can skip, walk, hop, or dance to meet her training goals and then complete the 5K event. What matters most are the exercise and the fun! Want to know more?
