KidSmart is a proactive wellness program of the Sara Lee Center for Women's Health at Forsyth Medical Center.

We are all partners in improving the health of our community's children. The Sara Lee Center for Women's Health invites restaurants to join KidSmart and make a difference in the lives of our children. Childhood obesity is a national epidemic. Here in Forsyth County more than 40% of childrenare at risk of an unhealthy weight.

KidSmart teaches girls and boys how to make smarter, healthier choices about what they eat and how active they are, so they can begin enjoying a lifetime of better health — and have fun in the process.

The KidSmart Restaurant Program is a key ingredient of this initiative!
